Weaning off 12.5 mg metoprolol.

I'm currently trying to wean off of Metoprolol Tartrate, currently taking 12.5mg, twice a day, along with 50mg of losartan twice a day. Since Jan. 6th, BP has been averaging 150/90 with pulse around 74. This morning I began getting cold sweats, light headed and feeling numbness in limbs.Warning.
