Medusa is a pretty straightforwardly strong unit. She has a good battery, ramp, good NP gain, a supereffective niche, and great defensive tools. She’s a lot like Assassin Kama, albeit a bit less selfish. There’s nothing paradigm-shifting here, but there’s nothing to complain about either. This skill is like being able to use a normal guts skill three times in a row; the long cooldown is more than fair. That said, there’s not much incentive to upgrade this skill. The benefits from having this at a higher level are highly situational and—in my view—not worth the cost. Charlemagne has better damage in CQs and can protect an ally in a fight, while Majin Saber is a better farmer, has better cards, removes defensive buffs, and is generally easier to use. Bunyan is a Spartacus who lost his battery in favor of a super short NP and the ability to boost party damage. Having a new general-purpose farmer is nice, and Bunyan can definitely speed up certain farming setups if you invest in her. Solid addition to the game. Caligula is a completely hit or miss character. When all of his buffs go off he can deal an absurd amount of damage despite being a bronze unit. However, that scenario doesn't happen that often due to his terrible bulk, his skill that is completely dependent on RNG and overall low stats.
