Otherwise, buy pack or go to another alliance to join armada to get the cores you need. Sadly, without buying any it's a catch-22. You need cores to build the ACC, but you need to run armadas to get them. You'll either have to spend a short time away from your alliance, or spend some cash. 2 different types of credits.
