This was the third result when I googled, the first two were for dark souls. Thanks Worth an edit for anyone else that might look it up down the line. The list is accurate but you have to reload to the Nexus and work your way back to the nest for the item to trade. That or maybe exit and re-enter the game but I haven't tried that yet
