I've read that the only real way to get a wider rear MC tire on the 1300 is to do a Foot's Mod - which is replacing the 1300's wheel with that from an 1800C, which is 4.5" wide. Then you can run a 200 tire and actually realize the width gain. The caveat is that you have to use the 1800's brake caliper as well.
