When setup XFI in Bridged modem and letting Orbi handle router\wifi functions only getting 500-600mb throught hardwire mac. Had Xfinity tech come out and check line. After checking line he believed something wrong with XFI modem itself.

There is always the option of setting your computers to use a hard-coded DNS server address rather than getting it automatically. All that is set under the network connection properties. I tried this and it didn't work. Anyway I prefer to change DNS at the modem level so it applies to all devices.

I switched back to the Xfinity modem/router, but the Eero was still not able to connect to the internet. Then I disabled bridge mode, and the Eero system was able to connect successfully.
