As others have said, there is more parts than most will need. I assume because it accomodates a wide range of motors. Replaced my entire housing, gaskets, and impeller with this kit. Saved lots of $$$ instead of taking it to the marina. The only 3 things that would do that is. 1. the stop circuit, which you ruled out by disconnecting the black/yellow wire. 2. the stator, which you will go test. 3 The switchboxes, which are not testable. When trying to figure out a no spark on all situation it is a process of elimination.
