A while back I had a leak in the up pipe that used to feed my EGR, back when I had an EGR. I may have broken it when I removed the EGR, but who knows. They recommended 10-30 year round for that motor unless you were doing lots of heavy towing. So i would go right ahead and use the T6. Oil Separator CCV and DPF replacement warning. I am really happy with my 2018 6.7 F350, but wondering if it is really a truck to keep for the long haul. At under 41K miles its on its 3rd DPF. First two replaced under bumper-to-bumper, last one just went in at 39K out of B-to-B warranty but luckily replaced at no cost due to Oil Separator ...

Usually when raw oil is coming out the exhaust it means oil is not being burned in the combustion chamber and lead to oil leaking AFTER the combustion chamber i.e. turbo problems. Now if you are low on oil and its blue smoke then 99% its the injector o rings.

Ford or any other diesel shop will charge you a grand, I would stick with oem parts. A water pump is a replaceable item just like an alternator or battery it will fail. That way you can see how your oil cooler is holding up etc. once you know how everything is doing then you'll know where to start. Also look in the 6.0 section at the stickies.
