Hello all, I'm looking for some help here, today I spoke with FedEx regarding the Steam Deck I ordered which was in shipment only to be told as some point during transit it was opened and the contents were removed, leaving behind a package with no contents. I'm still waiting on Steam Support to respond but I'm wondering if there was any other avenue I could pursue to find help? I'm very sad ...My Fedex Nightmare. Over 99% of steam decks are delivered with zero problems. Take the day off, stand ready with a bat or 12 Guage and wait for it to arrive. I would install doorbell camera just for this alone, so if it is stolen you have proof. I would get a doorbell camera. If you can prove it was stolen, they will replace it.
