I'm using my m2 air sometimes for fun. It works better already, it is in the state that you can even learn how to use unreal. I would still not recommend buying one for specific use of unreal engine, for that it is clearly the wrong machine. For a hobby it can work when you really want to use the MacBook. Not anymore.
