Because of it's super lightweight design, thetvapp.to gave a new lease on life for obsolete devices, like old iPads running on iOS 9. Cloudfare effectively cripples such devices. Thankfully, it looks like it's not active right now. I hope the operators refrain from taking this unneeded step and keep things as is!

Click on that provider and name the group you want. Then the next time you choose to copy/move a channel it will display in the list as an option to “copy/move” to it. In fact all the groups under your provider are shown as an option to “copy/move” to. So unless you change the option it will be displayed alphabetically.
